1. Immediate Cancellation Requests:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. This means that you must contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your service.
2. Service Initiation:
The cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors, merchants, or our team and they have initiated the process of service. Once the service process has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
3. Subscription Plans:
For monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly subscription plans, you may cancel the subscription at any time. However, the cancellation will only be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

In the case of any refunds approved by BeBran Digital Pvt. Ltd., it will take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the end customer’s account.
2. Conditions for Refund:
Refunds are only applicable if there is a failure on our part to deliver the promised service or if there is a discrepancy in the service provided.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial / first payment. Refunds will not be granted for requests made after this period.
3. Non-Refundable Services:

SEO, Social Media management, SMO, Social Media ads, Google Ads, SEM, Content Writing, Web Development Etc. all are examples of non-refundable services.
Subscription plans once billed, will not be eligible for refunds.
